1. Accessing our site

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.
2.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

5.2 This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Information about you and your visits to our site
6.1 We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy.

6.11 Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet. Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
7. Uploading material to our site

8. Viruses, hacking and other offences
8.1 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
8.2 By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law
11.1 The English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
11.2 These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

13. Pricing Disclaimer
Select product can be found in our stores in the USA, Germany, Australia, UK and Russia while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the site may not be available in all stores.
The prices displayed on the site are USD. All products and prices of products described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.
We attempt to ensure that information on this website is complete, accurate and current. 14. Return policy
Standard PDR tools and accessories ordered from our catalog or on the Web site can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Custom tools made to the specifications provided cannot be returned.
15. Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty against breakage for all tools except the wire tools (1/8″ diameter) and the ultra-thin wires (1/16″ diameter), which are warranted for 90 days. Tools and accessories not manufactured by Carepoint are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
